Several years ago, I left a successful career in law enforcement to reclaim my sense of self and rediscover my purpose. 

During that transition, my wife of 14 years took her own life. Grief-stricken, I had to raise our children and cope on my own.

It was a devastatingly dark moment, and I emerged from it with invaluable insight into unresolved emotions, and how they impact how we show up in our life and work. 

Through that difficult experience, I learned about true healing, a deeper understanding of kindness and its transformative power, and how to hold space for others going through difficult transitions.

I then began coaching and helping people level up. 

In a way, I was called to this work in a manner no one ever wants to be -invited to evolve through the pain of devastating loss.

Now I live with deep gratitude, even for those difficulties. I’m grateful for the transformation I’ve experienced and for the tools I’ve acquired to help others do the same.
